We created the Design Leadership Community to bring you together with equally passionate people around the globe. The purpose of the community is to share experience & knowledge about leadership in the context of design.

The community started 2018 when Chris and Jens had a course in design and many of the professional students where they raised the question, how can we work in this way at our workplace?
In 2018 we started the Design Leadership Training at Berghs School of Communication
In 2019 the State of Design — The Swedish Edition which was started in 2017 was included in the community
In 2019 Jennie started the Buddy Program, a mentorship program for design leaders.
In 2020 Anders, Jennie and Lisa became members of the working team
In 2021 we transformed the community into a formal non-profit organization with Jennie, Lisa, Chris, Jens and Anders in the board. At the same time we moved from Slack to Mighty Network and started a premium paid membership.
